Complete construction and interiors was done for this 1200 sq.m plot in Greater Noida, for an electroplating and spray painting factory. The layout is Vastu compliant, with a spacious hall, corporate office and separate entries for the two on the Ground floor; a mezzanine floor for overseeing the workers' area and first floor. The project required a dust-free, energy-efficient and safe design.
